The practice staff will do everything they can to make sure you are treated properly and promptly. However, it is recognised that sometimes things do go wrong.
If you feel that you have cause for complaint, hopefully, the matter will be settled as quickly and as amicably as possible. If you have a complaint or concern, please contact the practice manager, Phyllis Wood, who will do all she can to help sort out the problem. You can contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) which is based at Old Market House, Hamilton Street, Birkenhead. PALS provide support, advice and information for patients who have concerns or comments on services such as Family Doctors, Dentists, Opticians, District Nursing and Health Visiting.
